The first thing I look for when I move to a new neighborhood is a solid Pizza Joint and this place exceeds all expectations. Great pizza, awesome entrees and friendly, neighborhood vibe & service. I've tried the chicken parm, chicken franchese, veal parm, penne a la vodka, linguine and white clams, multiple pizzas, wings and a few other random items. All are 4 stars or above and I can't see how they only have 3.5 stars average. The mixed Italian sub is awesome as well. This place wants for nothing as far as I'm concerned and I'm a die hard loyal customer now.

The ingredients they use are good quality and the large pizzas are huge! 18".. I lived on Westmoreland for many years and never realized there was a restaurant in that plaza. Very confused as to why the lighted sign says Pizza instead of Roma's since it is also a full service Italian restaurant. If I didn't move here from CT and I didn't know how to cook myself, this place would get 5 stars from me, if that helps.

we were hoping for some good Italian, the place was busy even though it was Sunday night. my husband ordered pick up spaghetti and sausage, I got the white clam sauce. We found the menu on line, turns out it was way outdated! His was $10.99 mine was $15.99, not $8.95 and 11.99! ok, no problem. Mine was very pretty, lots of clams in the shell. 2 were not opened. main complaint- no flavor in spite of the mass quanity of raw garlic. It had a bitter flavor. I added salt, pepper, cheese, still not good. I've had better canned sauce, sorry to say. His was also just bland. Tasted like tomato soup. Nice size, no flavor !! sausage was fine. salad had 1 piece of tomato and red opion, black olives. Again, no flavor in the dressing. We won't be back.

Definitely a diamond in the rough.. It's a wonder how people even find this place but it's real cute. Great service, super friendly. Atmosphere is homey and clean.. Food was exceptional. The garlic knots are amazing and so was the lentil soup.. The clam sauce is not so great but everyone else at the table loves their food... (Eggplant parm/chicken Marsala/ borgenese sauce etc.) good italian food for Florida.

Awesome hidden gem. AMAZING garlic knots, really good pizza. My wife got a chef salad, it was good, but fairly basic with bottled ranch. Other than the salad, this place was outstanding. So let's be honest: who goes to an Italian restaurant for salad? I will be back FO SHO.

Great thin crust pizza. many other delicious items, especially the antipasto and eggplant rollatini. Service is usually very good, not always. Prices are very reasonable.

Used to like this place. Their pizza is just "average" now. I guess I'm spoiled with a new favorite pizzeria. Try Tavola Pizza. Take my word for it, the BEST pizza in the treasure coast.

They have been in business since 1973. They use Boars Head products in the pizzas. This might possibly be the best pizza we have had in years

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
